• In 2002 I qualified with distinction at the respected Practitioner's School of Reflexology where I was taught by Andrew James
  
• I have been giving reflexology to clients since 2002
  
• Many clients are referred to me from other complementary therapists in the Berkshire area, such as Anna Foxell at Windsor Homeopathic Practice
  
• Clients who attend NCT or birth matters classes who come to me for reflexology during their pregnancies.

What other skills do I have?
I have training in person-centred counselling and life coaching so you may feel reassured that I am experienced in listening to any issues you may need to discuss in a professional and confidential manner.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and work to the Ethics and Code of Practice defined by the AoR. I am fully insured with the AoR.

I am committed to continuing my professional development through regularly attending courses and workshops. I attend the Association of Reflexologists' Area Group for Berkshire - this is a support group for Reflexologists practising in the Berkshire area.

In addition to reflexology, I have a degree in Biochemistry BSc (Hons) which has given me invaluable knowledge of food and nutrition and the importance of following a healthy balanced diet and exercise programme.

My treatment room

My comfortable and tranquil treatment room has been designed to give you a wonderfully relaxing experience of reflexology. It is in Old Windsor which is easily accessible from Windsor, Englefield Green, Eton, Ascot, Virginia Water, Wraysbury, Staines and Egham.

Some of my long standing clients travel from further afield Sweden, London, Norwich, Camberley and Bagshot to continue to have a reflexology treatment with me.

How may reflexology help?

If you are experiencing conditions such as back pain, migraine, fertility problems, arthritis, sleep disorders, hormonal imbalances, sports injuries, digestive disorders, skin conditions and stress-related conditions then please feel free to contact me, as reflexology may be effective for any of the above.

Reflexology in the work place

Reflexology can be provided in Windsor, Ascot, Egham, Staines, Slough, Wokingham, Richmond, and the surrounding areas.

A package can be tailored to the specific needs of your business to enable your employees to benefit from this therapeutic treatment which is so good for relieving stress. Treatment's can be provided on your company premises, all I require is a quiet private area where staff can relax for a break of at least 30 minutes.

The benefits of providing reflexology to your staff are that they may:

Charity events

10th November - I participated in a Help for Heroes charity event in Old Windsor which helped to raise £1000 towards this worthwhile cause.

22nd October - I volunteered to offer free reflexology taster sessions for Christopher's Smile Charity in Ascot. This is a charity which has been set up with the vision that for every child diagnosed with childhood cancer should not only survive, but should reach adulthood enjoying a good quality of life.
